Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Choose a strong password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, confirm you are 21 or older, and hit the register button. You will receive a verification email and SMS to activate your account.

No, registration on OakPlay is completely free. There are no sign-up fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and start playing.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on OakPlay. This is a legal requirement under the Philippine gaming regulations we operate under. Age verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal.

The minimum deposit on OakPlay is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. Some payment channels may have slightly different minimums — you will see the exact amount displayed on the deposit page before you confirm.

GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time — your balance is updated within seconds in most cases. If your deposit has not reflected after 5 minutes, check your GCash transaction history to confirm the payment went through, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

OakPlay does not charge any fees for deposits on its end. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider for details before depositing.

Withdrawals

A wagering requirement (also called turnover or rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it as real cash.
